your local custom frame shop to museums and galleries across the
globe, Tru Vue is known as a leader and innovator in the protection
and conservation of all things framed and displayed.  Our customers
range from world class conservators in prominent global museums to
small, entrepreneurial framing businesses.

We are seeking a Technical Services Manager.  This individual will
work directly with our customers to provide technical expertise on
our products in various environments.  Working hand-in-hand with our
customers, this position will:

    Partner with customers on specific projects and applications

    Be the expert in:

        Tru Vue substrates, applications and processes

        Customer applications

        Optics, adhesives, and cutting methods

    Create and conduct presentations on the technical attributes of
    our products

    Train on a variety of topics, including the handling and cutting
    of our products

    Build and maintain positive relationships both with customers
    and within Tru Vue

    Establish and maintain a network of technical experts as a
    resource for novel situations

    Share insights gained from customer visits regarding trends,
    customer needs and marketplace opportunities

    Provide ideas for new products and product attributes to R&D

The qualified candidate will possess:

    Ability to comprehend and communicate technical specifications
    and product attributes

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships

    Capability to understand and analyze customer needs and
    collaborate on solutions

    Ability to travel (20-40%)
