Survey on Preservation Week

The Preservation Week Working Group would like to get a better
understanding of how well Preservation Week is reaching its intended
audience and how successful your institution's Preservation Week was
in 2013.  To gather this information, we invite you to fill out this
survey.  Only one person from each institution should fill out the
survey.  The information gathered in this survey will be used to
analyze the various aspects of preparing for Preservation Week,
promoting Preservation Week, and the content that the Working Group
is creating.  This survey is confidential and short.   It should
take 10 minutes or less to complete.  The survey can be found at

ALA's fourth national collections Preservation Week took place April
21-27, 2013.  Preservation Week is an opportunity to connect the
care of collections and family treasures with your communities. Over
the last two years, hundreds of events providing preservation
education to the public have taken place in public, academic, and
school libraries, state agencies, archives, museums, and historical
societies. Preservation Week has two web pages containing
information for Preservation Week.

One web page has information about planning a Preservation Week

Preservation Week 2013 also marked the launching of the new monthly
Dear Donia advice column, answering preservation question to the
general public.
