Survey on use of shipping containers for storage

We are three current students at the UCLA/Getty Conservation
Training Program, MA in Conservation of Archaeological and
Ethnographic Materials, researching the use of metal shipping
containers for the storage of cultural materials.

We are currently in the first phase of this project, consisting of a
monitoring regime of in situ containers and a survey on past and
current uses of the containers by cultural heritage professionals.

If you use or have used metal shipping containers as short or
long-term storage or in post-disaster situations, please help us by
completing this brief (approximately 5 minute) survey on your
experiences.

We hope to use these results to develop solutions for a low-cost,
low-tech, and efficient protocol for improving the performance of
these containers as storage.
