Paintings Conservator
Olin Conservation, Inc.

Olin Conservation, Inc. is a private conservation firm, established
in the 1960s, treating easel and wall paintings. Our central studio
is located in the Washington, DC Metropolitan region and we
currently maintain an annex studio in New York City.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill a second opening for
full time Paintings Conservator. The term is anticipated to be at
least one year and is available immediately. We have numerous
projects in the public and private sector, including some well known
collections of 18th and 19th American art. The majority of the work
will be conducted in our Northern VA studio, with the likelihood of
some on site in Washington DC, New York City and other regions in
the United States.

We are seeking an experienced, post-graduate candidate with an
additional 2-3 years experience in painting conservation who is
eager to participate in and meaningfully contribute to a rigorous
schedule with interesting challenges. The applicant must be able to
legally work in the US. We may be able to provide temporary housing
in Northern VA in order to facilitate filling the position.
Applicants may send a letter of interest to David L. Olin
