Subject: Call for papers--Conservation and site preservation in the Near East
Call for Papers: ASOR 2013 The American Schools of Oriental Research (ASOR) invites abstract submissions for a session on "Conservation and Site Preservation in the Near East" at the ASOR Annual Meeting, November 20-23, 2013 in Baltimore, MD. The goal of the session is to create a forum where archaeologists and conservators can share research, exchange ideas, and discuss issues impacting the conservation of Near Eastern artifacts and sites. Interested speakers should submit a talk title and abstract (maximum 250 words) by February 15, 2013 via ASOR's online abstract submission system, a link to which can be found at <URL:http://www.asor.org/am/2013/2013-call-2.shtml> Membership in ASOR is required for submission.
