The Lunder Conservation Center is hosting a program on "Gallery Illumination: LED Lighting in Today's Museums". The program will take place be on March 1, 2013 from 9 am to 4:30 pm at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and national Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C. The program will provide extensive information on the current state of LED lighting in museum from an exhibit design and art conservation perspective. Registration for this free program is required.
