IPI Survey about forced AHU shutdowns during Hurricane Sandy

I am forwarding this survey on behalf of the folks at the Image
Permanence Institute. Please consider filling it out. The message
from Shae Trewin, Environmental Specialist at IPI, is below that
gives a brief explanation of the survey.

    We have created a survey about forced AHU shutdowns during
    Hurricane Sandy. We're hoping to obtain some data, either
    datasets or anecdotal, about condition changes in collection
    storage during these forced shut downs periods. We have put
    together a survey online

        <URL:https://imagepermanenceinstitute.wufoo.com/forms/ipi-hurricane-sandy-shutdown-study/>

    and we're trying to send it out to as many cultural institutions
    as possible on the east coast who may have been affected.
