Webinar on private practice

AIC-ECPN webinar

AIC's Emerging Conservation Professionals Network (ECPN) is holding
a webinar "Considering your future career path: working in private
practice" on Friday, November 30, 2012, from 1-2 pm EST. This 1-hour
program will feature Paul Messier, President and Head Conservator of
Paul Messier LLC, Conservation of Photographs and Works on Paper;
Rosa Lowinger, Principal and Senior Conservator of Rosa Lowinger and
Associates, which specializes in the conservation of built heritage;
and Julia Brennan, Owner and Chief Conservator of Textile
Conservation Services.

The webinar will consist of a moderated discussion and Q&A session.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the speakers'
experiences establishing their businesses, how they have learned to
balance various initiatives and projects, and their advice for those
considering going into private practice. In addition, there are
opportunities to ask questions before and during the webinar-to
