CCC Records Administrator
Conservation and Collection Care
Hampton Court Palace

This is a unique opportunity to use your organisational skills and
records management expertise to help support the preservation of
some of the greatest palaces ever built. Joining our Conservation
and Collection Care team, you'll support the work of our
conservators and scientists by maintaining our record and reference
material systems. Handling a huge range of written and photographic
records of our highly-specialised conservation projects, you'll
ensure that our library, archives and catalogues--both digital and
non-digital--are up-to-date and accessible. You'll also deliver a
quality service to anyone needing to access this information.

To meet a challenge like this, you'll need records information
management and documentation experience gained in a
collections-focused environment such as a museum or a library.
Knowledge of MLA documentation standards is essential too, as are
attention to detail and a genuine interest in our conservation work.
What's more, you must be computer literate with great
time-management skills and a customer-focused approach.

Although based at Hampton Court Palace, there will be an occasional
requirement to work at other palaces.

Closing date: 6 August 2012
Pay Range:UKP19,585
Interviews:w/c 20 August 2012
