"Positive Futures in an Uncertain World" (PF13)
Ceramics and Glass Group Specialist Session and AGM
10-12 April 2013

CGG are delighted to announce that they will be holding a half day
specialist session at Icon's Conference 2013, "Positive Futures in
an Uncertain World", in partnership with the University of Glasgow.

In addition to the plenary sessions which have already been
advertised we will be hosting a half day session at the conference.
PF13 will provide a platform for international exchange of
up-to-date developments in conservation of our cultural heritage. It
will also be the essential networking event for conservation and
related professionals in the UK for the next five years.

"Conservation past, present and yet to come..."
The ceramics and glass session will focus on:

Past practice, evaluating old products and methods of working -
    are they still relevant today?

        Current conservation in action projects
Handling collections and creating 3D replicas for handling
Interaction between conservators, the public and
        stakeholders
Future ideas for ceramics and glass conservation and
        practice
