Based in Leeds

We currently have a vacancy for an object Conservator to provide a
high level of care and conservation for a wide variety of materials
within the museum's collection.  You will maintain and monitor
collection items ensuring they are not put at risk, research and
carry out conservation treatments on collection items, prepare
condition reports for loans and create and maintain comprehensive
records of work carried out.

Applicants will have, or be studying towards, a relevant degree and
proven professional experience in a similar role.  Knowledge of
relevant conservation treatments and materials in the collection is
essential.  Membership of ICON and good reporting skills are
desirable.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours, 5 days out of 7.
Evening, weekend and bank holiday working may be required.
