Junior Furniture Conservator

The Rijksmuseum is pleased to offer a one-year full time (36
hours/week) junior position at the Furniture Conservation Studio. As
part of the preparations for the reopening of the renovated
Rijksmuseum the junior furniture conservator will assist with
installing historic wall-panelling and will take part in the
conservation of some important cabinets and other pieces of
furniture.

Qualifications: The candidate has a Masters in Furniture
conservation or equivalent training. Work experience and command of
Dutch language are preferable.
