RTI has reached significant levels of adoption in museum conservation and photographic communities. This training class, entitled "Reflectance Transformation Imaging: Generating Digital Representations of Cultural Heritage Objects," is a combination of lecture, demonstration, and lots of hands-on work, including practical instruction on equipment, setup, and work flow; step-by-step image processing; and how to use various viewing modes to examine details of the images. Cost:$1695 per person Prerequisites: Basic photography skills; basic computer skills Note: The software to view and process RTI data is open-source and free.
