FM 186-2 and P2 cleaner degreaser

Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of FM 186-2 and P2
cleaner degreasers manufactured by Environmental Chemical Solutions?

These products are being used by some archeologists in urban
settings to reduce hydrocarbon vapors at archeological sites and
'clean delicate artifacts'.

I'd love to know if anyone has performed any testing to understand
the effects of this product on artifact materials-
