Synchrotron Radiation in Art and Archaeology 2012 (SR2A 2012) The Metropolitan Museum of Art (MMA) 5-8 June 2012 Program is now available. The fifth edition of SR2A will highlight exciting, innovative applications of synchrotron radiation to the study of cultural heritage. Topics will include master works by van Gogh and Matisse, provenance and degradation of glass, bronze sculptures, gold jewels, and ancient fossils, presented by scientists from across the globe.
