Workshop on Lacquer

The Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) is pleased to announce an
upcoming workshop entitled Recent Advances in Characterizing Asian
Lacquer (RADiCAL) at the Getty Center in Los Angeles from October
22-26, 2012. The workshop aims to instruct participants in new
sampling and analytical procedures that can yield a wealth of
information about lacquered objects.
