CCI light damage slide rule poster sought

I am looking for a copy of the poster that came with the "Slide Rule
to Determine Light Damage", Canadian Conservation Institute
Publication (I think it was CCI Note 2/1 or it may have been a
special publication). It is titled (seriously) "Put it Where The Sun
Doesn't Shine."  It was supposed to be used in conjunction with the
Exposure Scale on the Light Damage Slide Rule. I contacted CCI and
they no longer produce the poster.

Even if no one has the poster to give/sell to me, if anyone has the
ability to send a high-quality digital image to me, that would be
very helpful.
