Source of light bulbs sought

I am writing with see if anyone in the UK knows of a reliable source
of small screw and small bayonet fixture 25W candle light bulbs.

Due to restrictions on the types of light bulbs now available we are
struggling to find a source within our budget.  (we need to replace
32 on a chandelier each year)

We are also wondering if anyone knows of a supplier of low energy
25W candle bulbs (small bayonet and screw fixing) that are
lightweight and therefore would not be excessive on restrictive beam
loadings.

All types widely available are either unattractive or, when grouped
in batch of 32, too heavy for the chandelier.
