The workshop is intended to train students who wish to gain
experience in the field of restoration paper and books.

Students will have the opportunity to characterize the works with
scientific instruments. The exercises will be carried out on
material from the seventeenth to the nineteenth century.

The workshop will last six weeks for a total of 180 hours of lessons
during which students will complete the work of recognition of the
conservation status of the object examined and they will present the
conservation project.

They will have the opportunity to exercise little restoration work
under the supervision of a teacher of the subject.

The workshop will begin December 12, 2011, will last 180 hours and
will be repeated until the end of June 2012. A rotation of students
will be admitted to the frequency. Students will be divided into
groups of 6 persons.

At the end of six weeks the students will reach the required number
of hours to spend as Italian college credits.
