Questionnaire on gap-filling materials for paintings conservation

I am a student in the paintings conservation course of Prof. Dr.
Gabriela Krist at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria.
Currently I am in the final year of my studies and working on my
diploma thesis, which deals with gap-filling materials for
large-scale losses. Using the example of an medieval austrian altar
piece from 1515, I am carrying out the conservation and restoration
treatment. Due to large-scale losses in paint and ground layer of
the panel painting, I am researching on adequate filling materials.

I would be very grateful if you could take some time to answer the
questionnaire (please see below for link) concerning your recipes,
methods and techniques of gap-filling materials (till the end of
March 2012). Your answer would be very useful for my research and
would be greatly appreciated.
