Euro 2000~3000 for two to three weeks plus airfare, accommodation
and other benefits.

The Juming Museum, Taipei, Taiwan <URL:http://www.juming.org.tw> is
seeking a short term metal conservator who is an expert for outdoor
sculpture conservation. The period of visiting is flexible,
preferably during October or November in 2011.

Ju Ming is the most successful sculptor in Asia who is born in
Taiwan. His work ranges from small carved wooden sculpture to
permanently-sited outdoor artworks. The Juming Museum houses mostly
Ju Ming's work and other important contemporary Taiwanese artworks.

The successful candidate will be invited to Taipei, Taiwan and
working as a short term metal conservator, responsible for
examination, treatment proposals, minor treatments of Ju Ming's
copper sculptures (painted copper) and advisory on future
development of metal conservation work at the museum.

Requirements:

    Professional training

    Minimum 3 years experience in sculpture conservation

    Experience in outdoor metal sculpture conservation

    English speaking, writing and communication skills

    Willingness to travel to Taiwan and interest in multi-cultural
    environment
