Glynn Vivian Art Gallery, one of Wales' key public galleries, is
seeking to appoint a Conservation and Collections Officer. This is a
senior management post and as head of the Collections section, you
will have the opportunity to contribute to key initiatives for the
Gallery's current UKP6 million redevelopment.

During the period when the Gallery is relocated off-site, you will
have the opportunity to work at Amgueddfa Cymru-National Museum
Wales, Cardiff, for a period of up to two years. Expertise in the
conservation of easel paintings is essential for this position,
together with experience of general collections care and
preventative conservation. A good team worker with excellent
interpersonal skills, you will have the ability to prioritise
effectively and supervise the work of others.
