Leading intellectual property lawyer Dennis Lee, a partner with Silverman Sherliker LLP Solicitors, will draw on his experience of representing businesses throughout the art world, including artists, photographers and galleries. He will address issues including copyright infringement, royalty negotiations, terms and conditions, and disputes. Dennis's talk will be followed by an open Question and Answer session, and he will be available for informal chats later in the evening. Dennis heads the Intellectual Property Team at Silverman Sherliker, advising on all aspects of IP creation, protection and exploitation. He acts for an extremely broad spectrum of clients in the creative and entertainment industries, designers, clothing manufacturers, architects, technology companies, IT, fashion labels and charities, and many entrepreneurs, based in the UK and internationally.
