Umbrella

A woman emailed our museum looking for someone to restore the fabric
cover on an old umbrella, a family treasure. Can anyone recommend a
conservator who does this type of work? I don't have any details on
the type of fabric or the age of the umbrella, but I suspect late
19th century.
