Trip to Cuba

Following on from Niccolo Caldararo's suggestion that IIC should
visit Cuba (Conservation DistList Instance: 25:5 Tuesday, July 5,
2011), I can report that IIC has been in touch with CENCREM in
Havana on an 'exchange of publications' basis for a number of years
now; indeed we have been able since 2010 to offer CENCREM
institutional membership of IIC via the IIC Opportunities Fund, a
facility made possible by the generosity of IIC's members.

IIC continues to promote engagement with and access to publication
platforms to conservators and conservation institutions, and is
looking forward to working with other individuals, museums and
galleries throughout the Caribbean.
