Gerry Hedley Student Symposium

The 29th Annual Gerry Hedley Student Symposium is being hosted this
year by the students of the Courtauld Institute of Art, London on
Friday 10 June, 2011.

This is an opportunity for students from the three UK institutions
which offer a postgraduate education in painting conservation
(Courtauld Institute of Art, Hamilton Kerr Institute and Northumbria
University), to present the findings of their final year research
papers to their colleagues and the wider conservation community.

The registration fee is UKP15 for students and UKP20 for
non-students. Cheques should be made payable to 'Courtauld Institute
of Art'. This will include morning and afternoon refreshments.
Following the presentations, there will be a drinks reception at the
Courtauld. For a registration form, please email

The deadline for receiving the registration form is Wednesday 1
June, 2011.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is advisable.
