ICON Internships

Icon internships 2011-13

Icon--the Institute of Conservation--is offering 3 Internships of 6,
12 and 18 months' duration as part of its ongoing internship
programme Skills in Practice, arising from the successes of the
HLF-funded conservation training bursaries scheme. These
placements--Preventive Conservation, Conservation of Paintings,
Conservation of Books and Bound Materials--are generously funded by
individual charities, trusts and employers. Note the opportunities
currently advertised are aimed specifically at those who have
recently graduated from a conservation course and who are eligible
to live and work in the UK. Information on all placements can be

Interviews for short-listed applicants will be held in July 2011.
All internships will start in mid-September 2011.
