Archipenko ink line drawing with water soluble ink

I am currently working on an Archipenko ink line drawing that is
extremely water soluble. The paper was drymounted and has discolored
overall to brown. Testing has shown that the ink is safe and does
not offset or bleed only in pure ethanol. Suction has removed some
discoloration but did not make a significant difference in
appearance. My questions are about stain removal. Has anyone
successfully sun bleached paper in pure ethanol? Has anyone
successfully used a bleach (oxidizing or reducing) dissolved in pure
ethanol? Has anyone used a gaseous bleach (either hydrogen peroxide
or chlorine dioxide) on a large picture (16 x 24 inches) without
followup rinsing, or with rinsing only in pure ethanol? If using
hydrogen peroxide in the vapor phase, does ether have to be used?
Any suggestions about how to effectively reduce the discoloration on
this picture would be greatly appreciated.
