Digital printing

I am a fine art digital printmaker in New York City. I try to keep
up with current data on the available digital inkjet papers, inks
and protective coatings.  I'm wondering, is there an institute or
researcher leading the way on all these conservation issues? Are
there any current studies going on with UV, latex and solvent inks?
I'd also like to hear current data on OBA fading in paper. (I'm
familiar with Wilhelm Imaging Research, and Aardenburg Imaging and
Archives.)

I attended/participated in the 2007 "Contemporary Printmaking:
Digital Prints", Conservation Workshop in Photography Conservation.
Where can I find information on upcoming similar
workshops/conventions?
