The Mackintosh Conservation and Access Project at the Glasgow School
of Art called upon a wide range of technical and conservation
services from stonework and interior furnishings repairs, to
treatment of plaster casts, furniture, textiles and paper, and the
rehousing of the archive collections. This seminar will examine the
work of the individuals involved in the project and provides the
perfect opportunity to view the building and its contents today,
with the conservators themselves as your personal guides. This all
day event is the result of collaboration between the Glasgow School
of Art and ICON Scotland Group. For booking, go to
