Salary: UKP32,163 - UKP34,781 per annum pro rata

Contract: Part time - 18.8 hours per week (flexible working pattern)

About the role: Joining us as a Conservator, you'll use technical
and consultancy skills to offer support and expertise in all aspects
of preventative and remedial conservation. It's all about keeping
our high conservation standards and making sure our staff and
volunteers have the best possible guidance. So whether you're
providing research and analysis or promoting our preventative and
remedial conservation work to achieve sustainable standards of
conservation, access and presentation, you'll be playing a vital
part in preserving the nation's heritage.

About you: You'll have substantial preventative and remedial
conservation experience and a sound knowledge of the wider cultural
environment. Bringing a conservation qualification or equivalent
professional experience, your negotiating and influencing skills are
exceptional. You are confident in coaching and mentoring colleagues
and will be happy to organise and present workshops and seminars.
You work well under pressure and can use your experience of working
in a customer-focused environment to help deliver the aims of the
Trust.
