You might also want to look into a local broker of surplus
restaurant or lab equipment.   You can sometimes find amazing values
in stainless steel sinks, trays, carts and containers at a fraction
of their original cost.   These brokers sometimes advertise on
Craigslist, if you have trouble finding them.
