    Stan Slabinski
    Kathabar Dehumidification Systems, Inc.

Mr. Slabinski will discuss dehumidification basics, including
refrigeration and desiccants; types of descant systems (dry descant
wheel and liquid descant tower systems); the use of descant systems
for archival storage, including a case study; and do's and don't's
of descants.

Stan Slabinski:

    The Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Kathabar
    Dehumidification Systems of Somerset, New Jersey, Stan Slabinski
    has more than forty years experience in the desiccant
    dehumidification field, including R&D, Engineering and the last
    twenty years in direct sales.  Having worked for several of the
    major desiccant manufacturers, his experience covers both dry
    and liquid desiccant systems.

    Past activities include archival storage related projects at
    Penn State's Pattee Library, US Capital Building, Yale
    University, National Archives (NARA), and Library of Congress,
    as well as industrial dehumidification projects with M&M Mars,
    Hershey and Sam Adams.
