"Conservators Collaborating with Artists, Art Historians, etc." College Art Association Annual Meeting New York February 10, 2011 2:30 - 5:30pm The American Institute for Conservation sponsored session at the 99th annual meeting of the College Art Association will take place on Thursday February 10, 2011 from 2:30-5:30pm at the Institute of Fine Arts (1 East 78th Street, NYC). Titled "Conservators Collaborating with Artists, Art Historians, etc. ...", and celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the New York University Institute of Fine Arts Conservation Center, the first American graduate-level program in art conservation, the presentations will consider how the interaction of conservators and other professionals (artist, art historian, curator, archaeologist, attorney, actor, scientist, etc.) has enriched the work of all concerned.
