Ergonomic scalpel handles

I am looking for scalpel handles to fit Swann Morton blades, with
the most comfortable grip possible for the large amount of backing
removal we are doing. So far I have found Aesculap Surgical
Instruments in Germany.  Does anybody know of trusted suppliers,
preferably in the UK?
