I am restoring a Japanese Teppo from the Military Museum of
Guadalajara, Mexico. I haven't been able to find enough information
on the Teppo evolution (in the matchlock mechanism, decorative
patterns or other formal/manufacture characteristics) as to
approximately date this firearm. Does someone know any specialized
bibliography or specialist in Japanese firearms who could help me
with this task?
