BookNET Research Cluster Final Meeting:
Victoria and Albert Museum, London
12 November 2009

The final meeting of the BookNET Research Cluster will generate a
research agenda for the technological study of historical documents
as physical artefacts. Summaries of the discussion held during
previous meetings will be presented by Richard Ovenden (Deputy
Director, Bodleian Library), Professor Mark Pollard, (Director,
Research Laboratory for Archaeology and the History of Art,
University of Oxford), and David Howell (Head of Conservation and
Collections Care, Bodleian Library). This will be followed by
discussion aimed specifically to define a research agenda for future
study.
