At the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design (Staatliche
Akademie der Bildenden Kunste Stuttgart) several projects on enzymes
have been carried out on the dissolving an the removal of adhesives
and oil on paper. Research has been done on enzymes such as amylase,
