The Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences
(formerly Institute of Grassland and Environmental Research) has
done a lot of research into different grasses and how they react in
different situations, they have even discovered a breed of grass
that stays green after it's died!

I thought perhaps they might be able to offer some advice. The
