Quicktime VR files

Does anyone have experience making quicktime VR files from still
images of 3D objects using Windows based software?  Our collections
software (EmbARK by Gallery Systems) doesn't support animated gif
files and I'm trying to determine the best/most practical software
to use to animate the still images.  Any recommendations would be
greatly appreciated,
