This course will enable students to prepare historical metallic
specimens for microscopic examination, followed by digital
photomicrography. Conservation department has numerous historical
specimens of iron and steel, but students are welcome to bring their
own provided that they notify us beforehand.

The course will be run by Dr. Alan Williams and David Edge.
