The laboratory of conservation of the Institute of Archaeology is
seeking a metalconservator for a long term contract, full time
position. Responsibilities include conservation of archaeological
metallic artefacts.

Qualifications: a Master's Degree from a recognized conservation
program with a specialization in objects is strongly desired;
sufficient practical experience without a completed degree may also
be considered.The position requires advanced understanding of
conservation issues and professional practices of archaeological
metallic artefacts care and preservation, and the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Position is open for immediate placement
