Request for information--Moving library collections

At <URL:http://www.library.yale.edu/preservation/pr_rfps.html> you
will find a Request for Information (RFI) for moving the Seeley G.
Mudd Library Collections at Yale University.  The collection
materials to be moved cover a broad scope of media. The collection
materials include octavo bound materials, oversized (quarto) and
folio sized bound material, special collections, pamphlet boxes and
files, government documents, CDs and DVDs, videocassettes,
microforms, maps, and a collection of bookplates. There is also a
Historical Sound Recordings collection that will need to be moved;
it is included as an optional portion of this RFI (Section 5).  For
that portion of the collection, we are most interested in art
handlers or movers with experience relocating audio collections.

The due date for this RFI is December 10, 2007.  Instructions for
where to send responses are in the RFI document.
