Nebulisers

I am looking into buying a nebuliser for applying a range of water
(or semi-aqueous) consolidants such as JunFunori or methyl
cellulose.  The market for these seems vast.  Does anyone have any
recommendations for a suitable nebuliser or aerosol generator? There
is a big price range in these products. Will the nebulisers under
GBP100 serve my purpose?

I would also be keen to hear a discussion of the differences between
a nebuliser and an ultrasonic humidifier.
