Location of Norman Brommelle's papers

I am trying to locate a copy of a 1951 (most likely unpublished)
report on conservation problems needing consideration at that time
which was prepared by Norman Brommelle and Herbert Lank and would
appreciate receiving information on which institution or
institutions house Brommelle's papers.
