Works with the Preservation Officer to accomplish a range of
projects relating to the preservation reformatting of archival
records. Serves as technical specialist on a variety of reformatting
options including digital imaging; identifies appropriate
reproduction and reformatting options through assessing record
condition and undertaking cost-benefit analyses; provides technical
assistance and guidance for quality control; identifies and
evaluates criteria for the specifications of reformatting contracts,
products or equipment and evaluates reformatting contract proposals;
monitors in-house work quality and undertakes work measurement or
other systems studies; and develops production standard and
procedures. Serves as first-level supervisor for the reformatting
program.

Salary range:  $52,912.00 - $68, 787.00
