I would recommend she try Empyrean Beads. They are an online and
mail order bead store in Seattle, WA that specializes in small
beads, both modern and vintage, and can be found online at

I have ordered beads from them for personal projects several times
over the past few years, and have always found their service to be
prompt and helpful.

>From the menu on their website, they have a selection of Italian
vintage seedbeads under both "Vintage Beads" and "Antique Italian
16-0-24/0 Seed Beads."
