Designs for Vision

How my vision was improved by a dentist. Perhaps many conservators
might find this web site useful:

    Designs for Vision, Inc.
    <URL:http://www.designsforvision.com/>

During visits to my dentist's office, I could not stop wondering if
some of the dental equipment and tools could be beneficial for use
in the conservation field. Since my dentist is also a professor of
Dentistry at the University of Medicine in Rochester, NY, he didn't
mind my curiosity and willingly shared the information. This is how
I found Designs for Vision, Inc., in Ronkonkoma, NY (contact person
in NY State: Ken Jakiel <jakieljake [at] adelphia__net>.

Here I purchased the "designed for my vision," a dental 3.5 X
telescope. The conservation tasks have become more pleasant to
perform, thanks to this clearer vision; now I can see as well as I
saw at the beginning of my conservation career.
