Silversmith sought

I am the conservator for George Washington's Mount Vernon in
Northern Virginia.  We have an 18th century silver wine cooler that
is missing its internal fittings (the two interior wine baskets). We
would like to have replicas of these made so that the object can be
interpreted to the public. Does anyone know of a reputable
silversmith, preferably in the Washington D.C. metro area that can
make replacement silver parts?
