Conservators from the former Soviet Union and the Florence flood

I am doing research on those restorers and conservators from the
former Soviet Union/Eastern Bloc countries(Russia, Poland,
Hungary,Czechoslovakia) who worked in Florence on the rescue effort
after the flood of November 1966. I would appreciate hearing from
the conservators themselves or from people who have information
about them.
